Accommodation Services
Due to the nature of accommodation services, refunds are not applicable once housing arrangements have been made. We work diligently to secure suitable accommodation tailored to your preferences, and this process involves non-reversible commitments.
Relocation Package
For the Relocation Package, a partial refund of €150/13000inr is available under the following conditions:
- If a part-time job is not secured within two months of the service start date.
- The refund request must be submitted in writing to our contact email with evidence of unmet service delivery.
Refunds for the relocation package will be credited within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
Refund Request Process
- All refund requests must be made in writing via email to our contact email.
- Include all relevant details, including your name, package details, and reasons for the refund request.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If the client provides incomplete or incorrect information that impacts service delivery.
- If the client cancels after the service has been initiated or partially delivered.
Changes to the Refund Policy
Indian Housing Germany reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review the updated terms.
